A Note About Shipping

You must allow 2 1/2 weeks (from the day we receive your order till the day your receive your materials) for delivery of perusals and/or Production Packets.  If that is not acceptable, you must pay for the RUSH shipping or contact us for alternative suggestions.

We do our best to make sure our shipments go out in a quick and efficient manner, but sometimes the process takes longer than usual.  Perhaps we need to order more copies of a script or have other materials in our inventory re-produced.  It's just a matter of days, but that will delay our usual response time.  There are also times when we are involved in the final preparations for the premiere and/or publication of a new show-- that will take us from our usual office routine.  (Also, we have been known to occasionally make a mistake.  If that happens, we will do whatever it takes to make it right.  We are 100% responsible for our business practices. ) However, there are times when a customer will request RUSH shipping for Perusal Scripts or Production Packets.  Our merchandise is not usually the type people are in a rush for.  The usual reason a customer needs RUSH shipping for our products is because of a deadline they are under.  We have no control over that-- but we understand that sometimes the theatre has no control over that either.  In any case, we offer RUSH processing at an additional cost.  

We make no apologies for our RUSH and NEXT-DAY shipping fees.  If you feel the fees are too much, please make sure you  give your order plenty of time to follow our normal procedures.

We pay for all regular shipping charges for Production Packets except in three circumstances:

  1. If you require RUSH processing or NEXT-DAY shipping.
  2. If you pay by PayPal (we charge you for the shipping to help offset the fees we have to pay for the PayPal service).
  3. If your account doesn't have a zero balance at the time of shipping.

Rush Shipping

  1. Our offices are located in a SMALL town.  We use the US Postal Service for all our shipping needs.  They provide Priority Mail (our default method of shipping all our materials) and Express Mail (Next-Day delivery for MOST locations).
  2. RUSH shipping for Production Packets does not necessarily mean "Next-Day" delivery (see note #1 below under "Next-Day Shipping).  We will ship using USPS Express Mail which offers next-day delivery to MOST locations in the USA.  If you require us to ship Next-Day via Fed Ex or UPS, it will cost significantly more.  Contact us for details.
  3. Some towns are not available for Next-Day shipments from our town.  That is beyond our control and we do not refund shipping fees.  You can find out if USPS Express Mail is available for Next-Day delivery to your town by contacting your local Post Office (or online,  www.usps.org). Our zip code is 67146.  
  4. Similarly, RUSH Shipping for perusal orders does not mean Next-Day delivery.  We still ship using the Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery, typically) It only cuts down on the processing time in our office.
  5. Orders received in our office after 3:00 pm CST will begin processing the next day, regardless of the type of shipping you select.

Next-Day Shipping

  1. Again, our offices are located in a SMALL town.  We use the US Postal Service for all our shipping needs.  Some towns are not available for Next-Day shipments from our town.  That is beyond our control.  You can find out if USPS Express Mail is available for Next-Day delivery to your town by contacting your local Post Office (or online,  www.usps.org). We do not refund shipping fees.  Our zip code is 67147.  
  2. If your town is not available for USPS Express Mail Next-Day delivery (some smaller towns don't have that service) and you absolutely MUST receive your shipment "Next-Day," we may need to ship using FedEx at a considerable rate increase. This pays for the extra charges we incur and the extra time it takes us to prepare/ship your materials.
  3. Orders received in our office after 3:00 pm CST will begin processing the next day, regardless of the type of shipping you select.
