If you ask us to make a Performance Tape or CD for you with only the songs in your specified keys, this extra charge will apply. 4 In the event you present a public performance of any of our shows without a valid Performance License or fail to fully disclose each and every performance on your Final Report and pay the proper royalty, you pay this fee for each and every unauthorized performance. 5 Director's Script for Non-musical shows includes the Director's Script, Technical Notes, Pre-show Script, and Educational Study Guide. 6 Deposit ($50.00) is required for all musical productions and is INCLUDED in your production Packet fee of $150.00. Deposits will be promptly refunded (mailed within 5 business days) by check when you return the CDs and Sheet Music within 14 days of your closing performance.. The CDs and lead sheets are rented and must be returned immediately following your production-- everything else you may keep. 7 If you fail to return the CD and Sheet Music from your Production Packet within two weeks of your closing performance, you will lose your deposit. If you fail to return the materials within 60 days, we will assume they are lost and charge you for the expense of producing replacements. You are responsible for this charge even if you eventually find the lost materials because we will have already gone to the expense of replacing them. 8 With the purchase of the video tape, you are given permission to copy the copyrighted blocking and choreography from the tape. The director and choreographer receive royalties from the fee you pay. 9 Kevin is available to conduct workshops on a variety of topics dealing with Children's Theatre, Performing for Kids, Playwrighting, or Theatre in general.
