It would seem that life in 1850 St. Petersburg, Missouri was quite a bit different from today. But we’ll soon see that some things NEVER change: Boys will be boys, still trying to get around rules established by their adults– and no self-respecting kid can pass up a good adventure. Tom, Huck, Aunt Polly, Becky Thatcher, Injun Joe–even Mark Twain himself– and others are here, along with all the adventure that can be packed into a 50-minute show. We’ll follow that rascal Tom Sawyer and his friends– and foes– as they whitewash a fence, play hooky, find a cure for warts, attend their own funeral, get lost in a cave, and solve a murder mystery.
